Supporters of Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield are nothing if not competitive. Silent auction items at Spring Fling inspired some lively but friendly bidding. As Casey and the Atta Boys played their last song and the silent auction winners collected their prizes, Spring Fling concluded as another successful event for the foundation. We raised $15,515.00, which will help us continue to support educational programs, park events, and preservation efforts at Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield.

Since 1950, the Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield Foundation has been a pillar of support for the National Park Service, standing as one of its oldest private sector allies. As we eagerly anticipate the foundation’s 75th anniversary next year, our focus is on nurturing the next generation of stewards for Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield. These young individuals will be entrusted with the crucial tasks of storytelling, land preservation, and natural resource protection for the next 75 years.
